So I’m supposed to get my Helix hoop in 2 weeks…However, looking at the order numbers that people are posting on facebook, it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting it any where near on time…which is odd, because this is the second time I’ve been told a shipping date. The first was the second week of may, & now it’s the second week of June. The latest number I saw was 170…I’m 338. I don’t know how they’re gonna get 168 hoops made in 2 weeks…Especially when he says, “There are periods where it can take us a week just to ship one day’s orders. Then there are periods when we’ll be able to ship an entire week’s orders in one day. It all averages out so that shipment is about 8 weeks from order date but for those on the end of a big wave of orders it’s a bit longer between.”

I think he/they should have premade some of them, so if someone ordered a certain tubing & size, they would already have them made, which would have helped orders go a bit faster…I also think he shouldn’t have opened up orders when he didn’t even have all the materials yet.

Ugh. I was fine & on there side, but dammit, this is getting frustrating.

I didn’t tune in until 12:38…so I started the end of Ganta’s trail.

Let’s start off with the good.

Shiro, played by Monica Rial, was very good. I have no complaints. She sounds very sweet, childish & happy, like Shiro should.
Colleen Clinkenbeard as Warden Makina was awesome. I really enjoyed listening to her as her voice just fit.

Now the bad…

Yoh Takami just wasn’t right. With lines like “Hey dude” & “Sorry bro”, I really couldn’t take him seriously. He’s a smart & cunning prick who betrays anyone to get what he wants. I don’t think it’s Aaron Dismuke problem, it’s the writers…But at the same time I really don’t like it. We don’t see much of Yoh in the first episode, so I’ll have to wait and see.

Eric Vale as Tsunenaga Tamaki was a TERRIBLE choice. Tsunenaga is an insane & childish individual, who decided to turn peoples lives into a game. He is an evil sadistic motherfucker, but he shows no hint of any of the traits he should have. He sounds…generic. I would have liked to see Chuck Huber or Terry Stone play him, both of which have played mad scientists. (although Tsunenagais NOT a scientist)

Now to the main character, Ganta. At first, I loved Greg Ayres as Ganta…Until he started yelling. It sounded all wrong to me. He went from being childish, like he should to…I don’t know what….I really don’t know what else to say about that. There’s a lot of screaming from Ganta in the series…So lets hope it was only a one time thing I heard.

But we shall see next week.

I was put on anti-depressants & mood stabilizers by the state of Arizona in 8th grade(that story is an entirely different “random fact”) . After a year of that, they closed off my case for no real reason, & I was cut off; Not weaned off the drugs. This can cause psychological problems including long term memory loss. Obviously this happened to me or else I wouldn’t be mentioning it. I can’t remember most of my childhood. I try to look back & my memory is just blank. It’s kind scary. Like, “…Did I even exist then?” But I can be reminded of things. Watching a certain clip from a movie can trigger it, or someone talking about something that happened in the past. I very really remember things on my own…HOWEVER….
